The TMAA Philanthropic Fund is directed by the Philanthropic Board of Managers, which is chaired by the immediate past president of the TMA Alliance. The treasurer, VP for health promotions, president, president-elect, and 3 at-large members also serve on the board. The Board oversees the consideration and distribution of grants for worthy statewide TMAA Health Promotions projects and those proposed by county alliances or AIMS.
